Nox Pera Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery as long as the products are brand new and in original condition. However, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged or have had their security labels/protective film removed. Products purchased at a discount of 30% or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Nox Pera reserves the right to reject products that do not meet the return requirements. If your return is not accepted, the product will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
For International Orders: If a product is returned because a customer refuses to pay import or customs duty, Nox Pera reserves the right to pass on all associated costs to the customer. In the event of non-payment of customs duties, a refund will only be processed once the product has been received by us. You can expect 10-15 business days for your return to be processed after it reaches our warehouse.

Care and Packaging for Returns
As Nox Pera, we ensure that our products reach you with the highest quality and care. We kindly ask you to take the same care during the return.
Refunds cannot be made for damaged or improperly packaged products.
Refund Process

🔹 Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
🔹 Free gifts are not refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
🔹 Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the refund amount may differ from the purchase amount.
📌 For international orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
How to Request a Return?
Log in to your account.
Select the order you want to return from the My Orders tab.
If you have more than one item in your order, mark the items you want to return.
Select a reason for return and enter additional information if necessary.
Click the Request a Return button.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. The refund process will be initiated once the product reaches us.
Special Conditions for Personalized Items
🔹 Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
🔹 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
🔹 All personalized item sales are final.
Turkey Returns
We offer free returns for all full-priced items purchased in Turkey.
Return to Store
You can return items to our Nox Pera production office in Ankara. You do not need to take any additional steps for store returns; our store staff will complete the return process on your behalf.
Exchange Process
